Refund Policy
COVID related cancellation policy:

If you are no longer able to attend your booked trip due to covid travel restrictions and need to cancel at any time before the commencement of the trip, you may receive your choice of either:
1. Monetary refund of the trip cost minus the booking deposit. (Booking deposit will be retained as credit which can be used for up to 2 years)
Or
2. Full credit to transfer to a later trip with SV valid for up to 1 year.
Non- Covid related cancellations:

Non Covid Related Cancellations:
1. If you wish to cancel your trip:
- 30 days or more prior to the departure date, you will receive full refund minus the booking deposit.
- between 14 and 29 days prior to the departure date, you will receive 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- within 14 days of the departure date, no refund will be given.
- you may choose to receive FULL booking credit of the total value you paid for a future SV trip instead of refund if cancelling more than 14 days before commencement of trip. (Valid for 1 year)

2. If you wish to transfer to another SV trip, you may do so up to 14 days before the trip origional commences. Transfer may be applied to the same trip at a later date or across to a new trip. There is no transfer fee but you may need to pay a difference in trip costs.

3. If you fail to join a trip, or leave before its completion, you will not receive a refund for unused services.

4. Failure to pay the final amount owing for your trip on time (30 days prior to departure) will be a consideration of your booking as cancelled.

5. If SV is forced to cancel the trip at any time, the option of a refund of the entire cost minus the booking deposit or full credit (including deposit) for a future SV trip will be offered.

General Terms
​
Upon booking your tour, you commit to the terms and conditions regarding physical tours with "sids.ventures" "SV".
The itinerary may change, every day. If a new situation is deemed by the guide, at the time, to be the best option for delivering the best experience against the original itinerary, it will be so.
Violent, malicious, segregative or dangerous behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the tour for person/s responsible, without negotiation or compensation. The nearest bus stop will be located for this purpose.
"sids.ventures" cannot ever be held responsible for the weather. Wet roads will require the implementation of a "wet tour route" in some circumstances. Bush fires will also require potential rerouting.
All allergies and dietary restrictions are carefully accommodated for. Only with full disclosure of relevant medical conditions/medication/allergies can this be taken into consideration.

Safety first.
ULKTNP Reg.12.27 is in place during the tours.
Upon accepting these terms and conditions you hereby acknowledge that the tour guide will need to be showered with praise, support and gifts. This includes the attention to, and retention of important information given to the group during the trip.
You hereby delare that you commit to activily supporting the group, physically and mentally in the collective, ongoing-quest to create the best touring experience possible for everyone.
If the situation arises rises where the tourguide has not received enough teamwork to run the tour smoothly, it will restrict the tour from being the true 'sids.ventures' experience.
