Past, Current and Future Content.

The bulk of the content created on 'sids.ventures' over the last 14 months has been on TikTok, creating short, 'punchy' videos. As that's where the traction and an audience for the project was initially found.

The next venture is to branch out onto the longer, more in-depth format of YouTube. Where we can go further into detail and relay more of the 'adventure' side of the experience. 

 

I hoped to have done this already, but as I am running the show solo, and having been on the road for the last 10 months, ultimately still learning the craft of conent creation. It hasn't been possible.

 

Now the 32,000km trip around the country is finished, the focus will be shifting to creating YouTube content. 

 

Although that is the next step, the ultimate goal is to take this project to the world with a funded television series. Related in a similar aspect to what we've been doing, but with more interactivity involved as well as travels taking us around the world. Think the adventure of Ewan McGreggors 'Long Way Round', meets the science communication of David Attenborough, mixed with the interactivity of Anthony Bordain. Something along those lines. 

 

There are also currently talks about the prospect of documenting and creating a 'reality' series revolving around the 'real' tours that I will soon be running through the Australian desert with groups of 18 people on 7-day trips. From the previous experience of runing tours for ten years, it's  no doubt that 100's of people would vouch for the entertainment involved in that project.
